Purchaser, Automotive
Your Tasks: Responsibility mainly for purchasing of Door Systems / Ensure that purchased parts, tools and prototypes for running projects are supplied on-time, in adherence to relevant quality policies and at the optimal cost / Define target costs for new and carry-over parts and highlight opportunities for cost reduction when working with new projects / Assess and implement changes, whether internal or customer-specified, in the development and production phases / Plan and implement purchasing strategies in coordination with Central Purchasing
Your Profile:University degree within economics or engineering / Purchasing background from manufacturing/engineering industries / Meritorious is experience from the automotive industry / Knowledge of commodity management / Proven negotiation skills and cost reduction / SAP knowledge is an advantage / Experience with supplier evaluation/reviews / Fluency in English, written and spoken / Driver license (B) required
