Do you want to make an impact by leading development projects of new products within digital Printing and Marking devices development area enabling Tetra Pak 's portfolio of digital solutions? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
The Digital Printing & Marking Devices program is one of main streams within The Digital Solutions Development program. It is empowered to lead and drive the new technology and product development to enable unique codes on each package. They as basic enabler for all digital solutions play a very important role of translating the company and business strategy goals into business solutions in the areas of Food Quality, End to End traceability Solutions and Connected Packages.
What you will do
As a Project Manager you will lead global new technology or Product development projects related to Printing and Marking Devices area within Digital Solutions Development Programme. In this role, you will report to the Programme Manager Printing and Marking within Digital Solutions Development Programme. Key stakeholders for this role are Development & Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Packaging Solutions Commercial Operations, Global Information Management, Services and functional teams. Moreover, customers and Clusters operational and commercial teams will also be a part of your network.
You will focus on:
Leading a cross functional team with the main responsibility of developing printing and marking technologies to enable unique codes on each package as basic enabler for all digital solutions
Leading and managing projects with budget responsibility of 3-5 Mio, high financial risk and impact
Defining/ Integrating the multiple related activities (and/or subprojects) to deliver the overall project scope, plan and objectives.
Developing and implementing a risk management plan
Managing contractual arrangements with all necessary organisational entities and maintains the support and engagement of the stakeholder group involved
You are accountable for quality, cost, time to market of developed solutions as well as management of full product life-cycle.
Coaching other Project managers in the her/his team securing the competence transfer.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are
We believe that you are a driven and autonomous professional, with strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. The professional skills needed in this role, besides the comprehensive knowledge of project management and is strong informal leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization together with a strong customer focus. As well, you are a pragmatic person, able to priorities and find solutions.
You have excellent communications skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity & continuous change. You have a M.Sc. in Engineering, preferably in Automation/Digitalisation, PMI certification is considered a merit. You have a solid project management experience (at least 5 years), preferable from the Food Industry, while experience with Agile methodologies is a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
