At IT Logistics we deliver as one team, with passion for logistics, in partnership with our vendors, always with love and speed! Within our Logistics IT department, we have a Project Management Office and you will be an important part of this group of Project Managers. As a Project Manager within Logistics Warehouse Online you will work with various expansion- and business improvement projects. Most of these are part of H&Ms strategically important programs with a lot of cross-dependencies. In your role you will work with all brands in the H&M Group. You will work with different kinds of logistics platforms to enable a growing Online Business. All our projects involve external suppliers and a large number of internal stakeholders. You will be the spider in the web and make sure that the solutions work end-to-end with an emphasis on the Warehouse Logistics. In H&M we work with the project model PPS and we also use our own development model tailored to each specific situation. To succeed in this role, we believe you need to have experience and knowledge from the Logistics area. You will have a great level of independence in your role as project manager, and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership. Your responsibilities The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes: Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and competenciesPlan, organize, follow up and deliver according to plan including budget responsibilityWork in close collaboration with business to capture their needs and requirementsResponsible for implementation of releases, IT-solutions, IT-services as standard productsYou will participate in the procurement and preparation of contractsResponsible for the whole project cycle, including follow up of deliveries and hand over to maintenance Your skillsJust like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include: Min 5 years' experience of IT Project Management (preferably within application development solutions where you have proven excellent results)Strong leadership skillsExperience from managing projects that have integrations and cross dependencies with many parts of the organisation Supplier ManagementStakeholder ManagementExperience from working in distributed teamsExperience from working with PPS or other project methods Knowledge within Change Management Strong communications skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshopsExcellent skills in English Experience from Logistics, e-commerce and SAP is an advantage.
