hela Sverige We are looking for a Project Manager to a long consulting assignment at our customer, a global Healthcare company in Stockholm. As the Project Manager, you will lead a cross functional team from different functions and locations, from approved concept all the way from prototype development through industrialization to stock on ground. We are looking for a Project Manager who has a great passion for product development, cross functional team work & leadership. This person will actively drive the development of a Derma portfolio with strong international brands.
As a Project Manager, you will lead a cross functional team of 5-8 people from different functions and locations, from approved concept all the way from prototype development through industrialization to stock on ground. Work is conducted in an international environment in close collaboration with different departments within the company, such as marketing, packaging, regulatory, quality and supply chain. You will support the project team with time plans and deadlines, documentation and preparation ahead of Stage&Gate meetings.
You will work in close collaboration with the three Derma Innovation Managers to secure the delivery of the NPD pipeline of the Derma categories.
You will be a part of the Innovation Excellence Center Team and report functionally to the Acting Team Lead Project Management.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Lead assigned corporate NPD and maintenance Derma projects according to the project model and other processes.
• Set up and deliver on the project plan.
• Improving the project processes and adapt them to the changes and developments within the company
Required experience:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering/Natural Sciences/Social Sciences or equivalent experience
• 2 years' experience of project management
• Several years' experience from work in international companies
• Experience of developing FMCG in the cosmetic or food industry
• Proven collaboration & communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
