This is what the Industrial ERP Backbone program (IEB) is all about - Enabling the future (at Scania), by implementing SAP S4/HANA in Production & Logistics, Finance and Procurement - a journey expected to be ongoing the upcoming years.
Within the IEB program we are looking for talented colleagues who can contribute to the success of the program, in the role of project manager for the implementation and development of SAP's digital adoption platform - SAP Enable Now. SAP Enable Now will enhance the end user learning experience and make the training and development of end users more scalable.
Role Overview
The SAP Enable Now Project Manager will be responsible to project lead the pre-study and implementation, together with an implementation partner, and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of learning/training of end users to secure the right usage of SAP S4/HANA to realize the benefits for Scania.
In addition, the responsibilities include managing the SAP Enable Now project team, project planning engaging with internal IEB project stakeholders and receivers of each SAP S4/HANA release (end users), suppliers and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
This role is part of the CCT stream in the IEB program (change, communication, and training).
Responsibilities:
• Project manage the pre-study and implementation of SAP Enable Now, including training/learning processes enabled by the solution
• Define and manage the project strategy, plan, budget and milestones, according to the SAP activate methodology
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure project deliverables and activities are delivered in time, according to budget and with the right quality
• Manage the SAP Enable Now project team and coordinate activities and dependencies between departments and other stakeholders
• Collaborate and engage with SAP Enable Now implementation partner and co-own the project jointly
• Own the application SAP Enable Now organizationally for Scania
• Act as the primary contact and escalation route within the project time frame, including management of risks, issues and dependencies
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvement areas (ways of working, and processes)
You will get support from the global program management office to adhere to already established project management processes, methodologies, and routines.
Your Profile:
You have a university degree and project management experience of implementing systems. You have good communication and stakeholder management skills. As a person you are a team player, who has a passion for cross-collaboration and can handle operational tasks while having a strategic mindset at the same time. You have a pragmatic and situation-based approach. You are open, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a positive mind and a "can-do" attitude.
You will be part of an experienced ambitious team in a high-profile program in an international cross-functional environment.

The position is physically located at Scania's HQ in Södertälje, Sweden, and with the opportunity to work from other locations from time to time.
