hela Sverige Projects & Quality Management Office is a department within our central Network & IT organization that is responsible for Network & IT Projects, Test, Processes and Quality Management.
Responsibilities and duties in the position:
• Manage projects from feasibility to project completion
• Plan, organize and manage project resources
• Responsible for project deliveries from Network Operation
• Report project status & risks
• Develop recommendations for the steering committee
• Lead requirements gathering and clarification
• Pursue work against suppliers for the projects
• Evaluate and recommend technical solutions
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and experience in mobile networks, fixed and transmission. As a project manager you have leadership skills, you are highly perceptive and have a natural way to enthuse people. We expect you to have great communicative and linguistic skills with fluency in English and Russian. You have preferably earlier experience from project management and project development.
Personal characteristics:
You are social, open and driven by the interaction with other people. As a successful candidate you are pragmatic and want to find the best solution. You have experience from international environments and are used to different cultures. You are highly self-motivated, flexible, customer focused and always work towards identifying and act on improvement areas.
