The primary purpose of the Project Manager - Digital Solutions is to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects that drive business value and support the organization's strategic goals. This includes leveraging technology to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market. The Project Manager acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and stakeholder satisfaction across the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Your responsibilities
• Lead aligned digital processes/projects within the Nordic Operation.
• Report any opportunities and challenges for ongoing projects and/or new projects within the Reporting line.
• This includes (but not limited to) needed investments, earnings, efficiency increase/decrease, etc.
• Provide status overview regularly and on-demand for ongoing projects.
• Investigate digital opportunities that can be beneficial for the Operation.
• This includes (but not limited to) needed investments, earnings, efficiency increase/decrease, etc.
• Support the Nordic Operation in relevant and aligned areas.
Your profile and expectations
• Independent and self driven approach.
• Decisions to be taken acc. to aligned strategy and/or philosophy.
• Ensure hands-on overview.
• Interaction and alignment with stakeholders within each country and/or legal entity, in addition to Market Cluster, Europe Africa and/or Global.
• To support our operational organization ensuring increased efficiency.
• Travel domestic and international is expected
• It is expected that it will be a period of time for onboarding within the Nordic OPS. This is to ensure knowledge and alignment of strategy and philosophy.
