Work description :
Our customer need a PL to manage an ongoing Balanced Scorecard project. In addition to this I also see that this person should support the reporting process, in which the strategy function cooperates with Finance and IT Governance.

Lång beskrivning For our customer we are looking for a Project Manager
The work includes:
• act as business project leader for the BSC tool development project and implementation of that tool throughout the organisation,
• responsibility for the reporting process (making sure that all report in due time and in accordance to our customer's strategy),
• support the strategic planning network and reporting responsible within the organisation in monthly and quarterly reporting (when needed),
• be the sprider in the net in cooperation with other functions when it comes to balanced scorecard and reporting,
support the Strategy Director in other matters when applicable and needed (e.g. strategic planning network meetings).
The person must have good competence and be skilled in understanding Corporate Performance Management according to the Kaplan & Norton methodology. It is also a benefit if the person has knowledge in Balanced Scorecard methodology and experiences from such projects. The person must be skilled and have knowledge about methodologies around KPI's and PI's, and have good business understanding / knowledge about the Automotive industry.
