About the position
Perido is now looking for Project Leaders to our client, an innovative and modern automobile brand that offer various types of car leasing/access. The positions are placed in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
You will lead and coordinate the everyday work between cross functional teams and constellations within the company. As previously mentioned, there are three different areas which we are looking for Project Leaders in. You will need to understand the specific area you are working in, and on an overall level see how other areas relates to each other. These are the areas:
Additional payments
Securing that the right customer pays the right parking ticket, speeding ticket or congesting fee.
Contact management
End contracts and manage all sub processes that are involved in the termination of a contract. We will also secure processes for managing misuse of service and proactive termination of customer contract + the GDPR processes access to data and deletion.
Postal services
The company are receiving hundreds of letters from authorities, law enforcement agencies and similar. These letters need to be managed in a swift and secure manner.
Your characteristics
In order to be successful in this role you need to have a high level of responsibility and be able to take initiative. We believe that you have experience from the project leading before, which makes you confident in the role. You can communicate efficiently in English at all levels - internally and externally - in an appropriate manner and you always make sure to offer a high level of service orientation. Quality defines your work, and you are solution driven as well as an active listener. Furthermore, we see that you can work under pressure and that you have great experience of organizing and prioritizing your work accordingly. We also believe that you are a true team player - with skills in team building.
