You are going to lead and run projects in order contribute to growth for Oatly. In this you will work within project management process and structure, provide documentation for decision and prioritization of identified needs and lead projects based on the outcome of these. You will also map and identify improvement areas, mainly within operations, but also within adjacent areas of Oatly. You will have budget and performance responsibility over your projects and participate in overall business development.
KvalifikationerEducation,Work experience and personal characteristics
• Civil engineer or correlative relevant education
• 5-10 years of experience within project management / Lean projects.
• Six Sigma (Green belt, black belt is preferably)
• Experience from FMCG is meritorious
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written
