We are currently looking for a driven Project Leader for a customer in Malmö who will lead one or two assigned projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, driving and delivering projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will identify, monitor and control risks to keep projects on track and promptly address any issues that arise.
Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in quality and performance for the assigned projects, working closely with the Senior Project Leader to achieve desired outcomes. You will also plan and follow up with stakeholders to ensure alignment and harmonized expectations. All projects must be delivered in compliance with comprehensive project management processes, including planning, execution, quality assurance, steering, and follow-up, to promote best practices.
This is a consulting assignment with a duration from June 10th 2024 to November 29th 2024. The position is located in Malmö, with the possibility of remote work.
About you
To fit for this assignment, you have good project management skills. Your collaborative nature and excellent project management skills allow you to drive innovation-based efforts that require coordination with multiple parties. You have a willingness to learn and an excellent ability to adapt.
Important for the role:
* At least 1-3 years of experience in managing projects effectively, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and with high quality
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
