We believe that you have proven strong experience in Project Management and has been working in a similar role for at least 5 years. You are solid in your leadership capabilities and have successful track records in managing business change. We 'd be very pleased to see that you have a university degree in Information Management, Computer Science (or similar).You have knowledge of:how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a projectidentifying and involving relevant stakeholders as well as implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in Ingka Centresdifferent leadership styles (such as interdependent, indirect, situational etc.) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situationsexcellent communication skills, both written and verbalinternational project management across cultures, spanning from Chinese, to Russian to throughout EuropeanA DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US The main objective for the Project Leader is to plan, organize and execute projects according to Ingka Centres decision model and applicable delivery methodology. The nature of the projects can vary from infrastructure implementations and platform implementations and upgrades, to various pre-studies and roll-out efforts. Some projects are larger efforts and some are almost a one person achievement, which means you will do lots of hands-on work yourself with e.g. business analysis and testing.You will:manage time, cost, scope and quality (including sequence of activities, scheduling, resource planning, budget control, change control, quality assurance etc.) identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks and dependenciesmanage communication by planning and distributing relevant information to stakeholdersperform project reportingmanage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal procurement organization and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendorlead and secure a competent and high performing project team (including designing an appropriate project organization, recruiting project competence, and developing the team to perform well together) manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing the receiving organization; learning and communication activitiesIn this role you will report to the Project Manager, Ingka Centres.This role is placed in Malmö, Sweden or Moscow, Russia.
