Your main task is the monitoring of SW Implementation Projects. As a project engineer, you are responsible for the pre-study and implementation of the myMCS management software at our customer?s sites. Your responsibilities include efficiently managing, evaluating and optimising existing facility processes for existing customers.
Project Engineer is an interesting and key role offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of specialties in Real Estate and Facility Management.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We expect you to:
Set an example of excellence as an MCS representative, enhancing the company?s image and reputation through your credibility, commitment and first-class delivery
Take overall responsibility for several implementation projects
Collaborate with the customers? specialists during the analysis of implementation requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues
Define and document workflow and configuration parameters, eventually describing the best fit for customer?s processes. Follow up on improvement plans
Transfer knowledge of the myMCS software and Real Estate and Facility Management processes to the Customer Teams
Communicate at various levels among the customer?s staff during on site implementations
Define and describe links with other software and ERP systems (SAP, Lotus Notes, Peoplesoft, etc.)
Analyse reporting and dashboard-related needs according to customer?s requirements

SHORTLIST REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must:Master Project Management methods
Have a general IT background or strong affinity with IT
Demonstrate a strong customer support attitude
Hold a Master?s or Bachelor?s degree
Have experience in the enterprise customer arena
Possess face-to-face customer engagement skills
Have general IT troubleshooting knowledge & skills
Be a problem-solver
Be independent
Be a team player
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a perfect command of Swedish and English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus
Hold a driving licence
A solid understanding of Facility and Real Estate processes and/or knowledge of Enterprise SW solutions is a plus.
