We are looking for our future colleague who wants to be part of developing the Powertrain products of tomorrow. We are a great team, working to ensure the physical builds in prototype phases of the Powertrain projects.

We are involved in advanced engineering, supporting very small series or unique builds as well as quality or maintenance projects. The start cost projects make up the larger scope for the group, these project the build series are big in number but are also used for driveline testing, certification as well as complete vehicle testing.

Mission

As a PBPL for Powertrain, you plan and lead the cross-functional work related to prototype builds for the start cost and maintenance projects. You are responsible to ensure that the physical test objects needed for verification and validation in the Product Development Projects are delivered in time and with the right quality. To manage this you will work together with the hardware leaders, Project Manager Engineering (PMe) as well as prototype purchasing, assembly functions and the verification teams.The test objects are assembled either in the production plant or in the internal workshops.
You are an active part in the Engineering Project Management Team and report to the PMe and to your line organization.

You will be supporting and driving the entire physical test object build chain from early technology/concept development to final verification in vehicles.

We offer a job which will require close collaboration with a vast number of functions, meaning you will build a large network in GTT but also in GTO.

Experience from involvement in project work or a relevant master/ bachelor degree
Experience from the Product Development within the automotive industry
Experience from purchasing and logistics activities is beneficial and regarded as a competitive advantage
Enjoying working with a large network
Very good communication and English language skills. Swedish language knowledge is considered a competitive advantage
