Are you looking for a new challenge in an exciting, high tech environment? Join ABB as a Project Assistant in the Power Grids division and work in a team that is dedicated to creating a future, where innovative digital technologies bring cleaner energy to more people.
You will be part of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current), a business unit within ABB's Power Grids division located in Ludvika. The unit develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. This ABB developed HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. HVDC is also used to connect power systems.
Your responsibilities
Travel and accommodation bookings, including Visa handling both in projects, tenders and line functions.
Support project managers and team members with administrative tasks such as reports, presentations, correspondence, meetings and coordinate and plan events.
You will be responsible for the process of printing contracts.
Ordering administrative materials to the projects.
Handle integrity and compliance applications and travel expenses.

Your background
High school level education and preferably a few years of working experience.
Experience of Office 365 and SAP.
You are a team player and like to collaborate with your colleagues.
Experience of working on large global projects within the power sector will be an advantage.
English is a must, written and spoken alike. Good skills in Swedish is an advantage, other languages are considered as additional qualifications.
As a person you are meticulous, communicative, organized and flexible.
You will be exposed to several projects simultaneously and therefore the ability to prioritize different tasks is vital.
The role also requires proactivity and taking ownership for our tasks.
