Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving customers, dealers and distributors in some 60 markets through 16 captive business units with financing and insurance solutions. In markets where we operate Financial Services finance about one third of Scania's truck sales. Over 1000 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of 160.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 100 bn SEK of assets financed and more than 100.000 insurance policies. In order to be a competitive player on the market, SFS need to re-position into to the digital economy. This means a major transformation to move into the next generations way of working, digital platforms and solutions served in a cutting edge de-coupled data structure. The service solution is based on world class sub service providers that will be governed and steered by a professional service management organisation. Our mission is to work closely with all stakeholders to enable seamless delivery and assist the acceleration of new services provided to our markets all over the world.
Are you our new Program Manager for Insight & Data Back Bone?
Do you have a broad experience from working within project management within system development or system implementation? Are you highly interested in new technology and modern way of working with data management, insight management and cloud set up? Then you might be our new Program Manager for our transformations program, Insight & Data Back Bone (IDB) at Scania Financial Services.
Your role:
As our transformation journey is entering a new phase where we are scaling up and accelerating, the focus of the role is changing, and part of the responsibility will be to form the role and ways of working together with the stakeholders and colleges within the program core team.
As a Program Manager for IDB you will
• coordinate the development teams and secure the road map.
• together with the core team lead and develop the way of workings and processes, including structure for follow up and program management in Jira.
• be responsible for the collected budget, forecast and capacity planning of the initiatives and development teams.
• secure prioritising and escalations between the initiatives and be a representative within the PMO and of the management within different board and forums.
• work with change management at different levels both locally and centrally withing Scania Financial Services and other parts of Scania.
• participate and lead ideation and validation of new functionality as part of our use case life cycle.
The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will there for need to have a growth mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, priorities and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This to enable the co-creation set up and iterative way of working, that is part of our new set up within SFS.
Competence and experience:
• Broad experience of agil steering and program management from working in the interface between IT and Business (preferable within Finance).
• Experience of change management and setting new ways of working within business development for a service focused organsiation.
• Be able to create structure and to keep order in an environment that is under change.
• Experience from transformations within larger enterprises including organisational changes.
• Strong communication skills in order to build momentum and trust to the process and solutions being built over time.
• Fluent in English both oral and in writing, additional langue skills will be seen as an advantage
• As a person have a can-do attitude, enjoying working in a constant changing environment where we are expected to lead and support others to join the journey.
The job offers international contacts with our Finance companies. This also means that you are expected to travel from time to time. In this position you will be reporting to the Operations Manager at Scania Financial Services. You will be located in Södertälje, Sweden.
