The team you will join is responsible for all accessory and parts sales as well as service cost of ownership and to make sure our workshop technicians can help customers in need of repairing their cars.

Role description
As a Program Manager at Service and Repair Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a portfolio of projects and initiatives that align with our company 's strategic objectives. The focus will be on building the Aftermarket digital landscape supporting our Service Partners and connecting them with our Engagement Centers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of these projects.

In this role, you 'll be expected to oversee and execute projects and initiatives that align with our company 's strategic objectives. Working as a member of our Car Service & Repair Experience team, you 'll be instrumental in building, leading, and managing cross-functional project teams. The role entails a focus on building our aftermarket digital landscape that supports the end-to-end customer service experience. Ensuring that effective collaboration and communication are present throughout the entire process.

• Collaborating with senior management to define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
• Effectively communicating project status to stakeholders and making recommendations for necessary adjustments.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Monitoring project budgets and providing accurate financial reporting.

Deliveries
Explaining the ideal state including road map and business case, both from a business and digital perspective. Complete mapping of processes involving several brands, including but not limited to the area of service engineering, technical support, and pricing. Business requirements aligned with Digital.

About you
You demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We see that you are an excellent communicator who can interact with stakeholders at all levels. You also possess problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills with an eye for identifying the best way forward to reach goals.

To be a successful match, you 'll need the following qualifications:

• Previous extensive experience (probably more than seven years) as a program manager or similar role.
• Previous experience from working with automotive after-sales and customer service.
• Good understanding of enterprise architectures and an interest in digital solutions and workshop systems
• M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering and management or a similar area.
