Your team
The Production Quality department consists of several roles including Supplier Quality Assurance, Goods Arrival Control, Measurement Technicians and Quality Technicians collaborating for a sustainable production. As the Production Quality Manager, you will lead this committed team, and report to Quality & SHE Manager. Our team have a "right-from-me" mindset in everything we do, and work in close collaboration with other functions to catch and correct quality deviations early in the process. Together we achieve a culture where everyone is encouraged to continuously learn and develop through feedback and knowledge sharing.

Your mission
As the Production Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily and long-term activities within the department to resolve quality disruptions and maintain and develop quality processes within production. You will also ensure that we meet requirements set by both internal and external stakeholders by following up on production quality KPIs, and performing risk assessments, safety checks, incident reporting, and 5S work within the department.

Your profile
We believe that you have good experience from a manufacturing industry or similar, preferably in a leading position. You have a technical academic degree or equivalent work experience and good knowledge of Lean and quality processes. Strong verbal and written Swedish and English skills are required for the role.
To succeed in this role, you should enjoy solving quality problems and collaborating with others to achieve results. We attach great importance to own drive and commitment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to engage others and create structure. The work involves a wide network of contacts internally and externally, which requires good social skills and business acumen along with communication and analytical skills for providing effective service and conveyance of information.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
