BillerudKorsnäs Gävle now recruits a Production Manager to Pulp Mill, Fiber Production, a key position in our organization.
About the position
As the Production Manager for Fiber Production, you are responsible for the production of bleached and unbleached pulp internally delivered to the board mill. You lead the development of work patterns and the production equipment within Fiber Production including the achievement of its operational targets. You report to the Pulp Mill Manager, and are part of the Pulp Mill management team.
Your main duties will be to ensure that:
Fiber Production has a strong commitment to the mills strategy, our values, and our performance targets.
Fiber Production has an efficient and effective organization that delivers on set targets.
The overall day to day work the section is maintained and continuously improved.
Resources are properly allocated and critical operational issues are addressed in a timely and relevant manner.
The collaboration climate is good, and that strong relationships are built to internal and external stakeholders.
Communication is effective.
Qualifications
To qualify as a candidate for this position, you hold a technical university degree or similar. You have management experience including responsibility for staff.
Previous experience within Pulp Production or related industries can be a merit.
Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
