Kornboden söker för kunds räkning en Production Leader
As a Production leader you are planning the day to day operations within the production area Classic in Tumba plant. You ensure that production output are efficient and with the highest quality. You will manage 7 groups with group coordinators and a total of 50 persons, all working 7.00-15.45.
Key responsibilities
• Being present in production, supporting, motivating and communicating with personnel and other functions like procurement and engineering.
• Work safety and environment responsibility for Classic area and personnel.
• Responsible to reach quality targets.
• Developing Classic production to achieve plant targets.
• Responsible of competence matrix and training needs of personnel.
• Cost responsibility including budget for cost centres within Classic area.
Experiences and skills
• Experience from industrial production > 2 years.
• Experience from leading production personnel, formal or informal.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, spoken and written is required. Other languages are appreciated.
• Experience from working with business systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Education within production engineering is a merit.
The successful candidate should also have
A energetic, flexible and result oriented way of working. You have a sense of humour and passion for production. As a person you like to be in the production and coaching your personnel and you are also comfortable to work with the group of leaders. You have understanding of Lean Production.
The position is placed in Tumba, Sweden and you will be reporting to the TF Production Manager.
