Job Description
As a Production Executive you are leading and coaching the creative team in the the daily work with the focus to meet deadlines. You will work closely with the Project Executive to optimize production to achieve the best possible output. The Production Executive leads workflow from pre-production to final deliveries for all production within marketing activities. You always keep an updated status on planned deliveries as well as a good resource planning. Furthermore, you have a dialogue with different parts of Lindex and sub-contractors.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Previous work experience as Production Executive (minimum three years, at agency or in-house)
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in this role, you have a responsive mindset for future creative projects and campaigns. Since the production can vary from one week to another, flexibility is needed. Solution oriented and a good communicator should be features that describe you well and we also see that you are a good organizer and that you are able to prioritize your work and time to meet set deadlines. Further on, we think it is important that you are a team player and that you are open minded, even if the work also demands independently initiatives and actions.
