Join our team
Are you interested in becoming part of the Global Product Marketing team to continue developing our Service agreement business and expanding our reman program? We are looking for 2 persons to work with our global product managers, one position will mainly be focusing on service agreements and one on reman with option to support in both areas depending on workload.
If you have experience from working with service business and are a driven person that likes to take ownership and drive activities both on your own and with colleagues than this is a job for you. This position will be perfect for someone that want to take the next step into the strategic marketing area and become either a specialist or have the possibility to grow towards product manager roles in the future.
You will be working in the Parts & Services division (PSD) based in Örebro, Sweden.
Your mission
The positions will include a variety of tasks such as supporting customer centers with our products and portfolio. Assist developing go-to -market strategies and setup of material and follow-up on the field results to sustain product portfolio performance and profitability.
Work with the CARE agreement program and be a driver in supporting customer centers to roll out the COMPONENT CARE program. Work with customer center success stories and locate local ideas as part of the Project 50 aiming at 50% service agreement share by 2030. Support new Reman center development, reman process standardization, financial follow up and reman sales process.
Your profile
You are a candidate with a can-do attitude, can create and drive innovative activities proactively in a structured way. You are a team player and have great communication skills and enjoy building network with your peers.
Degree on university level in business or engineering or other relevant background and experience is required. Good command of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have proven track record and relevant experience from Epiroc or the industry.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
