We are looking for a Product Recovery Specialist who wants to be a part of a dynamic and changing business environment and who is passionate about developing business and people together. To be successful in this role, we believe that your knowledge, skills, and experience include strong proven leadership capabilities, with excellent communication skills. You have previous experience in Retail, Product Recovery processes, and a strong desire to maximize profit and improve our customer's shopping experience. Furthermore, we believe that you have a good understanding of how Product Recovery supports our business and contributes to the financial result. You also have previous experience in project and change management, and you are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
A day in your life with us
As a Product Recovery Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert and superuser in recovery operations, enabling the optimization of the product recovery processes on Group-level. You will be responsible for implementing new processes, tools, and ways of working related to recovery operations and delivering training & coaching to the Product Recovery network to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of changes.
Your goal is to ensure that the Product Recovery network has the right knowledge on how to contribute to the product recovery processes, with a focus on cost prevention, optimized revenue, commerciality, customer shopping experience, and sustainability.
In addition, the assignment will include to:
• Proactively working with the Product Recovery network to identify areas of improvement, specifically related to competence development, tools, and ways of working.
• Providing operational support to the Product Recovery network, and using the insights gained from this to develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures and training material.
• Support the Product Recovery Leader to monitor performance and identify and document proven solutions and good examples to enable markets to learn from each other.

The Product Recovery function contributes to an overall improved shopping and brand experience, the lower environmental impact of our operations, and the recovery of otherwise lost profit. The function secures that we give products a second chance through a balanced Product Recovery process.
Together with the Country Recovery Leaders and specialists, and colleagues from other functions, you work actively to drive growth by optimizing the product recovery processes and preventing the occurrence of unnecessary costs related to our products. You secure an optimized way of working to give our products a second chance while keeping our customers' shopping experience, financial results, and environmental impact in mind.
