We are daily working on making it more accessible, efficient with resources, and increasing the quality of care given to patients, while bridging the gap between physical and digital health-care.
Doktor 24 group is fast-growing and consists of two business areas that work tightly together: Doktor24, a digital integrated caregiver, and Platform24, an innovative health tech company that offers our award-winning platform to many healthcare providers such as several Swedish regions, insurers, and private health care providers. We are fortunate to have Investor AB (publ) and Apoteket AB as two long-term owners.
What you will do.
At Platform24 we're looking to revolutionize health-care through accessible, efficient, smart, and secure solutions, and the platform team is the backbone of the Platform24 engineering organization. You will as PO in the team own and prioritize the product backlog to make sure that the team builds and deliver things allowing us to move fast and ship products in an efficient, reliable, and qualitative way. Some of the things under the team's ownership are - core backend services, infrastructure/DevOps, data engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling. You will have tight interactions with the whole engineering organization making sure you're aligned with the requirements the product teams have for product delivery. The PO of the Core Platform has a huge potential impact and what you'll do will be a lever for the rest organization in our mission of building health-care 2.0.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Drive. You're in the driver's seat for your product, you push to make things happen. We are out to revolutionize the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about releases in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it.
• Communications skills. You will need to constantly manage stakeholders, from engineers to customers and customer service. You're fluent in English, and speak and write compellingly.
• Problem-solving skills. You're analytical and used to structuring and solving problems. We believe the Swedish proverb "We speak unclearly because we think unclearly" ("Det dunkelt sagda är det dunkelt tänkta"), so we would expect you to be able to articulate and synthesize insights.
• Tech knowledge. We expect that you have a software engineering background
• Experience. As a PO, you have built unique digital consumer products from scratch, and have led agile cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven, we expect you to be using data to discover value and using defining and working with metrics to follow the progress
• Culture and mindset. You are single-handedly focused on contributing to building the best possible products for patients and doctors.
