As Product Owner - App, your main goal will be to continuously improve user retention. This will require a deep understanding of the data and the psychology behind what really drives women to love our product. Retention is one of the most important KPIs for the company as it maximises the impact on our mission to empower women.
You will be responsible for planning, leading, organising and motivating a team of developers and designers to achieve fast iterations in A/B testing new creative ideas to better understand what will be a crucial part of making our product a success.
What you will be doing
Work with the team to articulate the product vision and setting the roadmap to achieve the best retention as well as optimizing value streams
Monitor, analyze and communicate retention, conversion and engagement KPIs. Generate reports and insights in order to grow Natural Cycle's user base
Prioritise, balance and drive; requests, quality, new features, improvements
Represent the voice of the users of the app
Follow up on goals for the team
Advocate for a data driven approach
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to make sure that you and the team provides for the company's short- and long-term goals
Promote empowerment of the team ensure to that each team member is fully aligned with team goals
Maintain & further optimize product compliance related processes & documentation as Natural Cycles is an FDA-cleared, CE-marked class II medical device
You will report to and work closely with the co-CEO and co-founder, who originally created the product from scratch
What skills and experience you should have
Ability to always put the user first, understand their needs and build and improve the user experience based on this knowledge
You excel at analyzing data and measure KPIs, which makes you data-driven in your decision-making
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
Excellent planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
Great communication skills with stakeholders, as well as working closely with a team of engineers and designers
Not required but it would be a bonus if you also have
A passion for women's health
Experience of managing and leading a team
Experience of working with an app and/or subscription-model
