The publisher and developer behind some of the biggest, boldest action games in the world is hiring. We need a driven, creative and experienced Product Marketing Manager for an unannounced game.

The Position
As Product Marketing Manager you will know the product inside out; you will know how to bring it to its target audience and you will drive global marketing initiatives catered to new, and existing, customers.

You will accomplish your goals by guiding the work of leading first class specialists within marketing on behalf of your product's needs. As an individual you are able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a strong sense for structure and process. As part of a team you will bring fresh ideas and perspective, and see the big picture behind the project building a bridge between marketing and development.

This position belongs to the marketing department but is also part of a product team. The role reports to the Head of Marketing but operational work is led by the Product Owners of assigned products.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between marketing and product teams - make sure that information is shared across teams.
• Responsible for leading overall product and campaign marketing strategies, tactical planning, execution, optimization, and measurement across assigned titles, both pre and post launch
• Lead the day to day work of marketing specialists to develop and fulfill a successful marketing plan.
• Responsible of proposing and keeping track of marketing budgets
• Provide the marketing/commercial perspective in product teams including setting marketing requirements and coordinating marketing needs with producers and product owners.
• Create and present marketing plans to development and marketing teams
• Understand the audience, analyze customer patterns and share insights with internal teams about what drives and motivates our players
• Keep up with what's going on in the gaming industry and how the product can benefit from different opportunities that pops up (industry trends)

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product marketing experience within the games industry
• Experience working in an international environment
• Used to working as liaison between teams
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Self-starter and roll up the sleeves mentality
• Solution oriented problem solver
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledgeable about games and the video games market
• Experience working with GaaS considered a plus
