We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Upsales product team! You will be working with highly skilled engineers and designers and together you'll impact the way B2B companies grow their business and succeed with the help of Upsales.

What You'll Do

- Responsible for creating outstanding customer-facing content that drives user adoption and sales.
- Together with your team create educational and inspiring articles, videos and e-learning helping our customers get the most out of Upsales.
- Managing a team of contractors and remote employees with content producers, tech writers, and video creators helping you create the content needed for every feature of the Upsales platform.
- Managing a team of remote translators and responsible for "We are growing" - this means acquiring new users that speak a multitude of languages. As of today, Upsales is available in 7 languages and we are looking to increase this number. You make sure that all our content is available in these languages with the help of translators.
- Responsible for finding the edge of each feature, what makes them unique and how we should convey them to our users and prospects and before telling our users, making sure everyone at Upsales knows the value of each feature, and how it works, is crucial.
- Educate our organization on how to sell our new features and our competitive advantage.

Who You Are

- A hands-on project manager that strive to create world-class content helping both Upsales and our users grow.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent background.
- Experience in Product Marketing from tech and/or B2B company.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team with great success.
- Demonstrated experience in product storytelling, value proposition, and differentiation.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great passion about the end user and a great ability to see the connection between Upsales and the user experience.

Bonus skills

- Experience from CRM and/or marketing automation.
- Experience from the video space
