hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos C-Rad Positioning AB i Uppsala We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our team in Uppsala. The product manager is working closely with our customers but also with the internal team in sales, R&D, marketing and service.
Your contribution to our success:
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies and marketing plans
• Define the future product line based on market trends and customer needs
• Optimize the current products based on customer needs and set strategy for the product life cycle
• Initiate and drive product development from requirement specification to launch planning and execution
• Create global business plans on product level in close cooperation with the global and regional business managers
• Build-up strategic partnership with key opinion leader in the field
• Prepare Market and product life cycle analysis
• Sales forecast on product level
• Support development of marketing material
• Train sales organization
• Work with the sales organization in special sales projects
Your profile:
• Profound knowledge in the field of radiation therapy
• Experience in the role as product manager
• Demonstrated success in a cross-functional matrix organization
• Target focused mindset
• Convincing personality
• Willingness to travel around 30% internationally
• Analytical and strategic thinking from a commercial and technical perspective
• High level of self-motivation and excellent negotiation skills
• Fluent (r/w) in English
