Your main responsibilities will be to ensure a competitive and profitable Service franchise concept allowing consistent aftermarket services and common ways of working throughout Husqvarna 's service centers and certified dealers. A large portion of your work is connected to Husqvarna 's service contract offer, UpCare, were you would be responsible for life cycle management and the finance service package connected to it.
Key task will include:
• Responsible for evolution and life cycle management of the service franchise concept and a portfolio of services in operation connected to it
• Responsible for evolution and life cycle management of UpCare
• Govern and coordinate networks of local service organizations to secure competence sharing and capture of feedback from operations
• Continuous evaluation of aftermarket service center performance and identification of need for new tools and process improvements
• Identify and conceptualize target customers ' future needs and preferences
• Create requirements for tools and services and secure projects successfully meet these
• Ensure all services are in line with targeted customer segment 's needs, respective brand positioning, and Group policies and guidelines
• Ensure that UpCare and service center operation generates desired margins and manage strategic pricing
• Identify needs of marketing material and co-develop with marketing communications
• Train and educate sales organization on UpCare and the service contract business. Act as a champion for aftermarket services
• Secure cross-functional alignment and cooperation between all parts of the company resulting in agreed and synchronized service offer road maps, product roadmaps, technology projects, back-end functionality, and go-to-market strategy.
The Product Manager Service concepts & UpCare reports to the VP After Market & Connectivity, Husqvarna Construction.
Din profil
We believe that you have a relevant university degree within engineering, business or computer science and previous work experience as a product manager. You have minimum five years of experience managing similar service offers and from implementing common ways of working in a global matrix environment. You have good subject matter expertise within connectivity and IoT and it is a strong plus if you are familiar with workshop operations and service contract business models and processes. You have good influencing skills and a track record of gaining consensus in cross-functional teams as well as experience from translating market needs to tangible solutions.
