* Analyze, understand and prioritize the market trends and product demands and convert this to clear customer requirements for product development
• Transform technical information/specifications to sales argumentation facts
• Manage and be responsible for all pricelists, including annual price review and sales configurator/offering tool development
• Offer and segmentation development of our product portfolio
• Represent Sales and marketing in Business Unit Lift Trucks product board
• Conduct business case studies for various development projects
• Project management and/or represent sales and marketing in various product development projects
• Competitor analysis and comparisons
• Development and management of product sales training material
• Participate in product road map development together with other staff and executives

We are looking for an experienced but hands-on person with a proven competency in engineering together with a great interest in sales, customers and market demands. The right candidate has a true interest in technology products/vehicles and how they are used together with solid understanding how product development is conducted. It is preferable if you have experience from working in an international setting within machinery business sold and together with experience in managing projects.

You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter, be able to work across a diversity of cultures, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to see both the big and long term picture as well as be able to focus on the details. You comfortably liaise vertically throughout the leadership structure as well as horizontally across departments. You can manage and work with people in matrixes.

You must be able to work both on strategic and operational level and have the skills and organizational flair to execute strategies and tasks effectively. Fluency in English required, other languages beneficial. Ability and willingness to regular travel internationally is required
