Product Deviation Engineer
The Product Deviation Engineer is the role that handle all incoming bigger quality issues from service market (quality issues affecting more than one bus). It is a role where you will use all your technical-, networking- and communication skills to identify the next best step within Volvo Buses to help our customers. You do this by securing the correct understanding of the problem together with the customer, getting material back, getting suppliers involved and keeping all affected parties updated on the status. You will be running your own investigations so it will be important to be able to secure deliveries on time. The pace needs to be fast - as the customers are suffering from the issue here and now - so all ideas are good, and communication is vital. This role will be dedicated towards Electromobility and you will be working in a team - together defining and implementing a structure to support a business that is our future.

To be successful we think you also have a:
Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
University Degree in Engineering or recognized equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge in Volvo systems, for example KOLA
Structured way of working and follow processes, but always challenge them if they are not efficient
High integrity, instill trust, build effective teams, and have the ability to follow through
Fluent in English, spoken and written
