Are you ready for the challenge?

Job Summary:
Project and change manager within the Program and Provisioning Office at PDG Gateway, a part of the PDU Packet Core. You have 9 colleagues, all at Lindholmen, that drive different tasks within our global Gateway development, such as budget and capability, change projects or release activities. You will cooperate with other leaders both locally in Gothenburg and at our other global sites in Europe and China.

Responsibility:
Work closely with other leaders, both in Gothenburg and globally
Lead different change initiatives and continuous program activities
Coach and develop individuals, teams and organizations
Be part of fostering a learning, innovative and creative culture

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in SW development
Interest and good understanding of R&D and the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
High expertise in Change management
Extensive Project management experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Find it stimulating to work in teams and with teams, have a genuine interest in people
Large degree of flexibility, willingness to change and to take on different tasks
Customer Insight and Business Understanding
Negotiation Skill
Excellent communication skills, speaks & writes English fluently
