We are searching for Product Developers to all categories in R&D Personal Care, specifically within Feminine, Baby and Incontinence care. The Product Developer is responsible for developing new and existing products to meet the consumer and business needs. We as a team translates consumer needs to product functions and further to product design parameters/technical solutions and establish specifications with relevant targets, methods and tolerances.

The roles will be located in our brand new office in Gothenburg (Mölndal).
Please note that we have both positions that are permanent and temporary (12 months) to offer.
Main Tasks
As a Product Developer you will participate in different development and launch projects. We work in cross functional project teams.
As a Product Developer you will also have many external contacts, such as material- and machine suppliers and test institutes.
Your work will involve regular consumer contacts and the position will cover tasks in early idea generation to production and launch.
Perform test runs in factory and on pilot machine.
Key Competencies
Sc. or University degree within a technical field, preferably Industrial Design, Chemistry, Material or Applied Physics, or equivalent within relevant practice
At least 2 years of experience within product development or manufacturing
Passion for product development and interest in business and marketing aspects of the development work
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Ability to travel as the function requires visits to factories and suppliers both in and outside Europe. You are expected to travel 30-60 days per year
International background or experience is a merit
