THE OATLY WAY

We are the world's original and largest oat drink company. For over 25 years, we have exclusively focused on developing expertise around oats: a global power crop with inherent properties suited for sustainability and human health. Our commitment to oats has resulted in core technical advancements that enabled us to unlock the breadth of the dairy portfolio, including alternatives to milks, ice cream, yogurt, cooking creams, and spreads. Headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, the Oatly brand is available in more than 20 countries globally.

WHY GET INVOLVED WITH OATLY, YOU ASK?

Is your passion to make people work better and faster together through simple and clear processes and tools? Are you thrilled by the idea of working with organizational transformation projects in a fast-growing global organization? As our Packaging Solutions Process Manager you will be responsible for defining, implementing and developing Packaging Solution processes and the connected solutions in partnership with our digital team.

You will lead & coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams responsible for the process architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of key processes at Oatly. You will be responsible for process designs, solution proposals and solution choices to meet specific business needs and you will ensure that solutions are implemented accordingly. In this role you will work collaboratively with enterprise architects, other business process managers & owners, and not the least with the three regional business organizations.

HERE'S WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Create process designs and manage organizational improvement projects.
• Plan and execute the change management needed to implement an improvement or/and a new solution, including training of the organization.

• Contribute to and be part of implementing the solution architecture blueprint across Oatly.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

You will be reporting to our Global Director Packaging Solutions and the position is placed in Malmö.

Besides your long and deep knowledge of the food packaging area, you are analytical, well-organized and able to engage and be engaged in detailed process work. Your excellent pedagogic and communication skills will surely serve you in this role.
