Process Lead - Parts Supply and Parts Handling
This position is within the Service Business Team which is responsible for securing & optimizing mobility looking after the end2end flow of parts & services from supply to sales - one of our core customer journeys; "Maintain Mobility".
As Process Lead Maintain Mobility - Parts Supply and Parts Handling, your responsibility is to set up a structure to achieve operational efficiency and alignment across different functions, be initiating and support in process improvement projects to transform the business to ensure that we can deliver on our hassle-free promise and be the bridge between the business and business technology. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing process performance and KPIs, managing the processes within the Parts Supply and Parts Handling area.
This scope mainly includes, but not limited to:
• Supply to EU warehouse,
• Supplier integration from RFQ to delivery
• Parts-set up.
This is a broad role where you will be able to build up a strong cross functional understanding of Lynk & Co, while also playing a critical role in ensuring successful projects. This role is based in Gothenburg and will report to the Head of Service Business & Manager Parts Supply.
What you'll do
• Initiate and support the progress in the development of "Maintain Mobility", more specifically Parts Supply and Parts Handling
• Working close together with the project leader, business owner and core teams.
• From analyze phase of the request to start of development until implementation, and then secure hand over to operations
• In the long-term ensuring the process is performing once implemented and in operations
• Monitor the work performed and ensure it is aligned with the strategy.
• Ensure that the business optimization and transformation roadmap is closely connected to our key performing indicators
• Keeping the process improvement portfolio updated and relevant
• Preparation & Representation of Maintain Mobility/ Service Business in regular Management decision meetings
What you should have
We are looking for a team-oriented person who has leadership and communication skills that can inspire and motivate. You have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. To be able to achieve this you need to have excellent networking and social skills and a strong drive to deliver results in a timely manner. Furthermore, you need to have:
• Experience in Portfolio management
• Experience with Supply Chain Management
• Experience with business process & project management
• Ability to quickly analyze data and KPIs
• Understanding the business from a holistic perspective
