hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. This also affects Scania's financial processes and its IT system support together with the infrastructure. We are working in Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC) which is an established Shared Service Centre within Scania.
Our organisation is located in Södertälje, Bangalore and Krakow and is handling Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.

We offer you a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with many different parts of Scania with many different countries, and provide you with the possibility to build your network and competence for development and growth. You will be working in a team consisting of eight Subject Matter Experts (SME) and will be reporting to the Global Process Manager for AP/AR. We are working in a diverse organisation, with mixed ages, genders and nationalities.
Your mission will be about transforming our process landscape towards a sustainable, fully seamless and touchless experience for our internal and external customers and stakeholders.
We embrace flexibility and offer you the possibility to work remotely a couple of days per week.
Your responsibility will be
• AP/AR improvement portfolio, the prioritization and what we doing will add to efficient and automated processes where Lean and Agile methods are central, fuelled by latest technologies.
• Continuously strive to harmonize and standardize, optimizing our processes from an end-to-end perspective through cross-functional collaboration
• Ensuring that our KPIs/OPI are effective and focused on the main goals and priorities of the business
• Management of smaller projects and participate in projects, workgroups and ad-hoc assignments
• Coach and develop team members
Your profile
Your background may vary, but most importantly you have a great passion for change and the people approach. The next step on your career bucket list is to be one of the most significant players in Scania's finance transformation.
We are looking for you that have:
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with strong driving force experienced in Agile and Lean methods, and the capability to drive change
• Experienced in RPA, IA, process mining and similar technologies and ways of working
• Ability to take own initiatives and have leadership experience
• 3-5 years experience in Process Improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
• A bachelor 's degree in finance or business administration
• Experience in data analysis using Qlickview, Power BI or similar tools
