About the role
As Process Developer within Invoice to Pay you will be responsible for support to share service centers in ITP processes. In your role as Process Developer your main tasks will include:
• Provide support to shared service centers in ITP processes.
• Assist the business with ITP process-related tasks.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements to Business and Digital ITP processes
• Strengthen collaboration with SSCs to drive process improvements, (including taking responsibility for weekly meetings with SSC teams)
• Handle documentation tasks related to ITP processes.
• Support process owners and key users in various projects and initiatives.
• Support Finance with purchase requisitions and goods receiving
• Finance admin tasks.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree within Finance or Business Administration.
Important for the role:
• University degree within Finance & Business Administration
• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable processes, ideally within an international and/or shared service center environment
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency with Readsoft, Mediusflow, Workday, SAP, VIM, and Visio.
• Proven experience in process development and flowchart mapping.
