Commercial development at a strategic level is essential for delivering on Nordic Towers strategy and ambitions. We are now looking for our new pricing director who will be an important contributor to Nordic Towers succeeding in our strategic ambitions!
The purpose of the role is to develop, execute and own pricing strategies and models across the Nordics to enhance profitability. This means being responsible for strategic pricing in the intersection between sales, product, technology, and finance, determining the prices of products in collaboration with key stakeholders, and being responsible for profitability models to be used in all price assessments.
The role reports to the CCO of Telenor Nordic Towers.
Some of your main responsibilities:
As our Nordic Pricing Director, you are responsible for all aspects related to price. In addition to setting the strategy, you will work together with the local commercial teams to execute and implement the various initiatives in the business units. Furthermore, you will be responsible for both owning and implementing relevant projects that underpin the strategy.
You will set direction and ensure implementation of agreed price changes in accordance with current strategies, as well as maintain relevant price strategies and guidelines. To ensure profitability, you will develop models to be used in price assessments, and you will use these in close collaboration with local teams. You will also contribute with ad hoc analyses if necessary. A key responsibility is also to understand and manage contractual obligations, as well as to support local KAM teams with key insights and analyses related to customer negotiations.

Preferred qualifications and experience:
We are looking for you with 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience preferably within telecom, IT or other relevant industries.
University degree in Business, IT, Technology or similar.
Solid business understanding with a strategic and commercial mindset is key.
Fluent in English, both written and oral, knowledge of Nordic languages is considered beneficial.
In-depth expertise in using relevant IT tools, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint are required.
