General Requirements:

The PR assistant is an entry level public relations position that works closely with Deputy CEO, Geely Group PR and designated PR Agency to fulfill business needs and ensure smooth running of the business in daily tasks and as it relates to the business needs from the company level to Group level.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Deputy CEO and Geely Group PR to support the daily public relations, stakeholder engagement, government affairs needs that includes but not limited to the following:

• Research on media alerts, including industrial media and/or governmental media coverage to provide necessary business information within the company

• Stakeholder Engagement Plan maintenance and database management

• Company profile maintenance and update

• Press kit assembly and distribution

• General administrative duties to support daily administrative needs

• Chinese government relations support, reception of Senior government and all visitors
• This person will coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by Deputy CEO.

Competency requirements:
• Bachelor Degree holder in relevant management, public relations area is a plus
• Have strong writing, research and organization skills, be willing to adjust to a variety of client temperaments and personalities and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time.
• Previous experiences with a track record to handle and organize events, preferably in cross-cultural environment
• Native Chinese speaker, with high proficiency in English and Swedish.
