Position Summary

We are strengthening the Technical Sales Support of UDM (User Data Management) within Business Management and Sales Support at BU Cloud & IP and look for professionals with capabilities to support and position our UDM portfolio towards Regions and customers.

The Sales Support unit supports the EP Core & Cloud and Key Accounts in the regions to sell core network portfolio. We also work closely with BUCI Business management and Product line UDM in the PA Analytics and Control. We focus on key deals/customers by adding value in the sales process through our Technical Sales capabilities and overall understanding of Core Network portfolio.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the UDM portfolio
Conduct technical and value argumentation presentations to regions and customers.
• Support and guide the regions in developing customer centric offerings.
• Maintain good relations and work closely with key people in EP Communication Services and KAM teams in the Region.
• Be instrumental in getting priority for Market requirements / functionality that is critical to secure key deals in the Regions.
• Proactively develop new opportunities for UDM portfolio and business growth.
• Drive knowledge transfer to the regions to improve region?s ability to sell UDM portfolio.

Position Qualification

• Academic degree, MSc or equivalent through experience.
• It is of particular importance that you can combine business ideas with technical competence and quickly shift between the two views.
• You must be skilled in understanding the customer?s needs and breaking down the strategy to solutions.
• Solid technical background within UDM area and Core Network portfolio
• Extensive experience in customer facing role.
• Strong commercial acumen including profound ability in analyzing and translating customer needs into concrete customer offerings.
• Willing and available to travel when necessary.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to influence and guide the Customer Unit and Engagement Practice teams.
• Ability to understand, quickly adapt and act upon new information and influences.
• Your attitude is very important. You must be self-motivated to drive the tasks to achieve tangible results.
