Ericsson SA MS IT & ADM Portfolio and Offering Team, a global team in Ericsson's Managed Services Business Area, focusing on evolving MSIT and ADM's business globally with next generation offerings. The team is now looking for a Portfolio Offering Manager who will lead transformation of MS IT & ADM offerings as per Ericsson Operation Engine (EOE) operating model. With EOE, Ericsson is taking a significant step forward in bringing data driven operation at the core of service creation and service delivery. EOE is going to enable CSPs to move from reactive to proactive to predictive service delivery enabling superior customer experience through data and AI/ML driven operation.
The Portfolio Offering Manager will be responsible for leading the transformation of our offerings into EOE driven operational model and maintain lifecycle of the offerings with continual evolution based on AI, Machine Learning and data driven models.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Drive offering development as part of Ericsson Operation Engine Operating model
* Create and maintain base and value packs
* Promote offerings to market
* Develop competence and knowledge sharing in your group and beyond
Key Qualifications:
* 10+ years minimum experience
* Domain experience: MS IT and ADM
* Extensive knowledge of business and product management
* You will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills
* Analytical skills
* Formulating strategies and concepts
* Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
