What do we do?

Electromobility is one of the main development areas within Volvo Group and was created to be in the forefront of environmentally friendly transport solutions for a more sustainable tomorrow. We are responsible for the transition from conventional powertrains to electromobility and to secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. We develop and drive the electromobility product portfolio for Trucks & Buses as well as creating opportunities for all business areas within Volvo Group. Electromobility is a growing agile driven organization in place to shape the future! The importance of electromobility is growing every day and a key component within the electrified powertrain is the Energy Storage System (ESS). At our section, we are accountable for the lifecycle management of the ESS, from advanced engineering, throughout product development into the maintenance phase.

What will you do?

As a portfolio manager, your responsibilities include :-
Planning, moderation and documentation of internal review meetings (project status, capacity and budget planning)
Align planning process with stakeholders outside ESS
Secure data quality in the planning and reporting tools and systems
Report capacity and budget status internally to the management team
Organization and moderation of internal meetings (agenda planning, reporting of support capacity & budget planning process)
Training of new employees on capacity and budget planning process
Present data / status in management meetings
Key-User of JIRA and Modpack tool in ESS

Who are we looking for?

As a person you are courageous, structured and target oriented in the way of working, self-driven, can network & manage a wide range of stakeholders effectively.
To succeed in this role, you also need to be able to speak and write in English effortlessly.

Relevant Experience
Bachelors in Business management/administration with engineering background
Experience with "JIRA" and "Confluence" tools
Experience in "SAFe" (agile) way of working
Experience as Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Good Project management skills
Good with presentation skills
Good knowledge in setting up own / tailored Excel macros for individual data analysis

Meritorious to have
Experience with VOLVO Group processes
Experience with "Modpack" tool
