Hailey is a SaaS HR-tech startup that was founded in the spring of 2020 by a group of entrepreneurs, system developers and business developers with several successful companies built behind them in both HR and technology. Their vision is to modernize the way HR departments work.

Their end-to-end HR platform covers the entire employee journey; employment, preboarding, performance, surveys, analytics and offboarding. They help their customers collect all employee data in one place and provide managers and employees with a modern user experience. Hailey challenges and digitizes the traditional HR work.

Hailey has its head office in Stockholm and a sales office in Hudiksvall. The company is now expanding and is now looking to invest in more markets internationally both by establishing more offices in different markets but also by starting an international sales team in Stockholm.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role as Account Executive, you belong to Hailey HR's team of 30+ people. You will belong to the new international sales team and will be the first to dedicatedly work with the Polish-speaking markets in Europe.

As the first seller to work on the market, you will need to be able to take initiative and quickly familiarize yourself with our product and our sales support. You simply set the standard for Hailey HR's sales internationally and if you are successful in your role, you will be able to be a central part of the company's strong growth with the opportunity to work internationally.

It is a great advantage to be interested in SaaS products in general and HR tech. If you are interested in the product, you stay up-to-date on the very latest product updates, and therefore you can convey the value of the product better to potential customers.

• B2B sales where you are responsible for the entire chain, from prospecting to closing
• Handle new customers, as well as book customer meetings
• Hold demos and present Hailey's system
• Work with customers from various industries, with a focus on both large and small companies

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• A few years of work experience
• Experience in sales/delivery - or a good understanding of what it means to work with sales
• Fluid in Polish and English both written and verbal
• Swedish knowledge is meritorious
• Merit with experience in recruitment/staffing, HR, project management, management, and/or sales. We have a broad sales force where you can benefit from your experience - if you are interested in developing in B2B sales

The most important thing is who you are as a person and that you have a background that supports that. We are looking for you who have a great inner drive with the ambition to lead yourself. It is important that you have a good understanding of complex sales that involve multiple contact points, consultation, and responsiveness to customers. Handling multiple working tasks becomes part of everyday life, from experience we know that stress management is important. Areas of responsibility will challenge your analytical abilities and it is an advantage to have an understanding of HR/tech.

Hailey HR wants to challenge existing suppliers of HR systems by creating a modern and user-friendly SaaS product adapted to the companies, managers, and employees of the future.
