Organization ZE, Scania Financial Processes Centre - SFPC, is a newly established Shared Service Centre within Scania. Our stakeholders are within Scanias Industrial Operations, Commercial Operations as well as Financial Services. Geographical scope is EU including Norway and Switzerland as well as external suppliers/customers. The process scope of SFPC is Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables.

We are in an expansive phase and to secure future development we need to strengthen our competence with a SFPC Representative AP/AR. We are looking for a person with previous process improvement skills and sales.

Main responsibilities
Your main responsibilities involve:

To drive process improvements initiatives
Support management with forum administration and follow-up
Support PMO with other projects and task where needed
Scania internal support in AP and AR related deviations

You will be part of a newly formed group within a department with highly motivated colleagues working in a challenging environment that will give you the possibility to personal development and challenging daily work.

Qualification & and characteristics
You have an education in economics, with 2-3 years' work experience. You have good knowledge of customer service in an international company. You have experience of third party/vendor management and understand the connection between SFPC service delivery and value for our customers' business.

Experience in accounting is desirable.

You are customer oriented with a passion for service, improvements and change. You have an analytical mind-set, are well structured and act decisively on any deviations that you observe.

We presume that you are a team player with good communication and cooperation skills. As your work field will be Europe as well as India where we have of our Back office you need to be fluent in Swedish, English and potentially a 3rd language. You will represent SFPC in cross-functional projects why it is important with flexibility, go-ahead spirit and high accountability.
