We are currently looking for an PLM Manager to GE Additive in Mölnlycke!

GE Additive develops and sells systems for free-form production. The company's technology, Electron Beam Melting, means that the component is built up of molten metal powder in layers upon layers. GE Additives products are mainly used to manufacture orthopedic implants and in the aerospace industry. The head office is located in Mölnlycke and has support offices in the USA, Italy and China.

The role of PLM-manager is to manage and develop Arcam Product Life Cycle process and system and create alignment to GE-additive processes. This role will ensure that we achieve structured and robust PLM system and processes with high reliability that are tested and verified and are realized with lowest possible cost. You will take an active part in improving internal efficiency and identify/eliminate waste. Furthetmore you lead the technical and process development roadmap of PLM andsecure the complete business solution of Windchill environment, with regards to Arcam operations, both locally and globally.

Main tasks:

* Operational, tactical and strategic planning and development of PLM
* Test and verification for upgrades, implementations and roll outs together with GE-additive Windchill system owner team
* Windchill Release management and long-term strategy together with Configuration Manager
* Advise and follow up the system performance with GE-additive Windchill system owner team
* Lead PLM Forum at Arcam with PLM Stakeholders
* Improve PLM system administrative structure
* Set strategy and integration to Windchill with boundary systems (such as Requirement Handling System and Jira).
* Test and configure new changes/version upgrades in Windchill together with GE-additive Windchill system owner team
* Elaborate guidelines to support system method and related process
* Educate and train users
* Improve review procedure and quality assurance in Windchill (QA check)
* Improve access and performance of PDS-search with PDSVision and GE-additive Windchill system owner team
* Secure Integration functionality between Windchill and ERP System.
* Member of the global PLM Steering Committee within GE-additive
* Provide Windchill support to users in Windchill (corrections, know-how etc.

This is a full-time consulting assignment with start date as soon as possible until 2022-07-05. During the period of assignment, you will be employed by StudentConsulting.

Profil
The following qualifications are required:

• University Master's Degree with Extensive experience of PDM/PLM system
• Mechanical Engineer with minimum 3 years of proven track record and experience in developing industrial machines
• Wide experience from change management
• Innovative, creative and quality conscious.
• Knowledge and experience working with Lean/Agile methods
• Having a holistic view with a sense of details
• Team player and ability to engage and inspire others
