Your Contribution
As a PLM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of the future PLM tools that we strive to develop within the next 5-year time span. You will actively contribute to identifying and describing the business need. You will make sure to gain an understanding of development needs from the car programs. You will develop conceptual solutions and processes, specify and prioritize requirements as well as implement new processes and IT-solutions.
Competence is Important
Most important is that you have experience from working as a Business analyst in the PLM domain, preferably in the automotive industry. We want you to be familiar with the development of new processes based on support from commercial PLM applications. Probably you have good facilitation skills and like to run workshops and presentations. We also see that you have a technical theoretical education, preferably a Master of Science or similar degree.
All development is based on agile methodology, in the context of the SAFe framework, therefore these experiences are meritorious. A special challenge for us is the management of Software applications in the car, so any experience in this field is highly appreciated.
Personality is Key
To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical and have the ability to lead assignments forward. As you will contribute to our agile teams you need to be a positive team player, driven and open. You have good communication and planning skills, this is something you will use daily in your work tasks. To conclude you are organized and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
