Are you the pizzanerd we are looking for? When you enter our Osteria, your immediate feeling should be that "this is a real Osteria exactly like in Italy, fine place to get a a glas of wine or a nice simple beautifull disch or a good pizza. The staff is super knowledgeable and nice, friendly and a bit like your living room. Full of friends" That is what we need (your?) help in building! We are opend Osteria Qui

You are self going when it comes to all things hygiene (HACCP), kitchen economy, scheduling, ordering and in general keeping the kitchen tight.
We are offering month sallary for full time work.
You are a bit obsessive in having a clean kitchen, and you are amazing in motivate and keeping your staff happy.
The team will be very small so we are looking for someone that can create a team that sticks together and help eachother out. You love stress and the restaurant world. You work 5-6 days a week around 170 hours a month, almost always weekends.
