Are you the leader who balance the team leading role with a passion for data?

We are looking for what we call a People & Technology Manager, but your title might be Engineering Manager, Digital Product Manager or something completely different.

You will be responsible for delivering outcomes that matter to our customers and our people through technology-enabled change. Being the interface between strategy and delivery of digitally enabled products and services for our customers and people according to our business priorities and plans. You are responsible for translating business targets to your team as actionable roadmaps and deliverables.

The Trade Management process aims to improve our long-term profitability on all our departures. It combines revenue management, pricing and optimal capacity allocations to ensure that all revenue streams are maximised and all costs are minimised.

Some of your key responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for digital product development, continuous improvement process based on customer/user feedback and product health
• Advance the technical expertise of the teams and advocate and advance modern development practices and delivery methods
• Ensure synergies across digital products and services across Stena Line from a development, data, technology & security point of view
• Prepare and follow-up budgets, timelines & quality for product development and maintenance
• Establish and follow-up key digital product development performance indicators that are aligned with the overall business performance indicators of Stena Line

You will work in a very competent team of 15 people. They are full stack developers, UX and product owners towards a vision to make trade management processes easier, smarter and more profitable. The team works in close collaboration with data scientist and the business to deliver products that really drive the business forward and has a great impact on the company's total revenue. You will work in short release cycles, often we release functionality to production several times a week!

Qualifications:
• Agile leadership experience and knowledge of common Agile frameworks/principles and methodologies (personal improvement)
• Knowledge of product management principles
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:
• Experience with revenue management /pricing technologies
