Support the business to maintain a high customer satisfaction
As part of the Customer Commercial Service team, your main responsibility will be to handle orders and coordinate relevant tasks with the relevant departments. As an Order Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and have the ambition and tools to offer great customer experience, both to internal and external customers. You will follow the order process from beginning to end, answering customer order-related questions, arranging the shipment of goods, and providing after-sales service for questions and claims of our customers. In more detail, your daily tasks will include the following..
* Register and send order confirmations in ERP (SAP)
* Prepare order-related documents for export business - i.e. pro-forma invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Compliance, etc
* Arrange shipment of orders in collaboration with the Logistics department
* Be the first point of contact for customer questions concerning orders and deliveries globally
* Manage overdue invoices in collaboration with sales and accounting
Outstanding interpersonal skills, balanced with a strong sense of quality and service
To be successful in this role, you are more than capable to organize your work and make priorities in line with the company strategy. You will be the one in the frontline to customers and the interface towards both internal and external parties. Therefore, you will need to communicate with ease and take accountability for your actions and responsibilities. Also, your resume includes...
* High school diploma - equivalent to Swedish gymnasium, or similar
* Experience in order and shipping handling - preferably also to export countries
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) - bonus points for CRM experience
* Understanding the sales process cycle and supply chain flow
* Fluency in Swedish and English - speech and writing
