hela Sverige We are looking for an Operations Improvement Specialist to drive Ljusne sawmill's journey towards operational excellence, where leadership is the greatest driver for success. Your location will be in Ljusne and you will work in Wood Products Division. You will report to OI Manager in the Wood Products division.

As an Operations Improvement Specialist you are enable continuous improvement of department productivity and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) through support, coaching and taking care of the improvements. You Provide hands-on continuous improvement support in the production lines.
Main areas of responsibilities:
• Enable continuous improvement of department productivity and OEE in line with the decided targets
• Provide daily hands-on support in production lines for continuous improvement of the department safety, quality and productivity
• Ensure systematic implementation, accuracy and regular follow-up of production data and KPIs in the department
• Lead department production improvement activities
• Closely support the operator maintenance activities on department level
• Collaboration and best practice sharing

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have at least 3 years of practical production process experience and Technical background. You have experience or high willingness to learn how to implement continuous improvement thinking, routines, methods in the department. You have project management skills and you are used to drive to get things done proactively. Scientific problem-solving and root-cause thinking and fact-based, data-analysis skills is needed. You have strong communication skills and ability to collaborate. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
